We cater weddings, conferences and community events out of a commercial kitchen in Rotorua. The menu runs from a full Indian wedding banquet to a hāngī-style buffet, and most of our weekends are some combination of the two. We quote per head with the staffing included, because a catering quote that hides the service cost is not a quote.
A tasting for four, a menu built with you, and a team on the day that handles setup, service and pack-down. We work to a per-head price that includes staff, crockery and service — no separate line appearing a week out. We cater vegetarian, jain, halal and gluten-free on the same night without making anyone feel like an afterthought.
Delivered catering for meetings, training days and conferences across the Bay of Plenty, with dietary requirements handled properly and labelled clearly on every platter. Standing orders get a fixed price for twelve months, so a budget signed off in March still holds in November.
