How we collect, use and protect your information when you use Mana Hub — and what stays between you and the members you choose to deal with.

Mana Hub is a platform, not the seller
Mana Hub provides the platform only. We do not sell or supply the products and services listed here, and we are not responsible for any listing, member or transaction.
We give no warranty or guarantee about any listing. When you contact a member directly, your information is handled under their practices, not ours — you choose who to deal with.
This policy explains how Mana Hub collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you use the platform. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles.
It covers information we hold as the platform operator. It does not cover how an individual member handles information you give them directly — that member is the one responsible for their own privacy practices.
Anything you include in a listing or public profile — including business name, description, images, region and any contact details you add — is visible to the public and may appear in search engines and shared links.
Please do not put personal information in a listing unless you are comfortable with it being publicly available.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the platform or where the law requires it.
Mana Hub is a platform only. We do not sell, supply, endorse, warrant or guarantee any business, service, product, event or role listed by a member, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any transaction you enter into.
Once you contact a member or share information with them directly — by phone, email, messaging, in person or through their own website — that information is handled by them under their own privacy practices, not ours. You choose who to deal with and what to share.
We are also not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites that members link to.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.
Information may be stored on servers located in New Zealand or overseas. Where information is held overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection applies.
No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You can also update or remove most of your listing content directly from your account, and unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and measure platform usage. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, though some parts of the platform may not work properly if you do.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your use of the platform.
