We have been running since 1998, and the same three things have kept us going: language classes for the kids on Saturday mornings, garba through Navratri, and a phone tree that actually works when a family needs help. Membership is a family subscription rather than per person, because that is how people actually turn up. New arrivals are welcome at any event before they join — come to one, then decide.
