A few hundred Telugu families across Hamilton, Cambridge and Te Awamutu. We mark Ugadi, Sankranti and Diwali together, run a cricket team, and keep a members' list that people use when they need a plumber, a flatmate or a lift to the airport. Most of our members arrived as students and stayed. We try to be for new students what nobody was for us.
