A network of Fiji Indian families in south Auckland, many of us third and fourth generation here. We hold Girmit Day each May, run weekly bhajan evenings, and keep a hardship fund that members contribute to quietly. We speak Fiji Hindi at most of our gatherings, and we are happy for anyone to come and pick it up.
